I am more than grateful to Évi, Anna, and Dani for this website. I received it as a birthday present, not only because I seem to have managed to live to the age of 75, but also so that I could see how much paper I have wasted over the years. All I had to decide was which of my writings to leave out of this bibliography, and whether to embrace those which were not specifically about economics, including works published under a pseudonym. After some hesitation, I also added a certain Nick Elsdorf’s “Near-Western” letters sent from Vienna, unmasking myself as well as highlighting the Zeitgeist in which my allegedly more serious texts were born.

Ezt a honlapot Évinek, Annának és Daninak köszönöm nagyon. Születésnapi ajándékként kaptam, nemcsak azért, mert úgy tűnik, sikerült minimum 75 évig élnem, hanem azért is, hogy lássam, mennyi papírt pazaroltam el az évek során. Nekem csupán arról kellett határoznom, hogy mely írásaimat hagyjuk ki az összegzésből, no meg arról, vajon a nem kifejezetten közgazdasági tárgyúakról is számot adjak-e. Köztük azokról is, melyeket álnéven írtam. Némi töprengés után úgy döntöttem, hogy egy bizonyos Nick Elsdorf Bécsből küldött „közel-nyugati” leveleit is ide csatolom, leleplezve magam, egyszersmind felvillantva a korszellemet, melyben az állítólag komolyabb szövegeim születtek.
